The primary objective of our Client Services Group is to maintain customer satisfaction, ensure consistent standards of operation, and monitor cost savings and value programs. This function also categorizes customer inquiries, researches any incidents and reports on resolution and prescribes preventive measures as appropriate.

Your Account Manager works with the operations staff, accounting department, senior management and your assistance coordinators to monitor service levels and consult with suppliers to negotiate discounts. They would also provide consulting for travel policy construction, implementation and administration.
