This function also categorizes customer inquiries, researches any incidents and reports on resolution and prescribes preventive measures as appropriate.
Your Account Manager works with the operations staff, accounting department, senior management and your counselors to monitor service levels and consult with suppliers to negotiate discounts. They would also provide consulting for travel policy construction, implementation and administration.
